Pelela
Overview
Pelela is a pass, just above the junction to Phobjikha and Trongsa. The Pelela is well known for being one of the hotspot for the birding. From Pelela, one can have a good view of Wangdiphodrang Valley below. Pelela is located at an altitude of 5000m from the sea level.
