Ura Lhakhang is situated in the middle of Ura village in Bumthang, and the temple is about the size of the National library at Kawajangsa Thimphu. It was built in the 1980s. Inside is a huge statue of Guru Rimpochhe and beautiful paintings. Guru Nangsay Zilnoen is the main statue. The event is a 3- days program, the highlight of which is the invoking and escorting of the Yidam Chhana Dorjee from Gaythen to Ura.
